Today we come together to show our appreciation for the good and courageous journalists around the world who have immense bravery, integrity and a strong desire to seek out the truth in the stories they bring to the world’s attention.

Many have lost their freedom and their lives in their noble quest to expose what has been hidden and bring it to the light.

We call for their protection, their freedom and send them our blessings, gratitude and appreciation.
