General administration guidelines and policies. Please take a moment to read through as some might apply to you directly.

Subscriptions Policy
Mp3 download and mp3 CDs


The office requires in advance, a series of post dated cheques for either six months or one year. Please date all your cheques for the 21st each month. Also, all cheques are to clearly include your name and the Subscription product they apply to.

All payments apply to the present month. For example: a payment of $25 dated January 21, 2015 will cover your subscription for the month of January, 2015.


All charges will be processed the last week of each month, to cover your subscription for the following month.


You have (21) twenty-one days to cancel your subscription. For example, if you choose to cancel a subscription applicable starting the month of December, the office needs to be informed prior to November 10th.


CD Subscription: You will receive your monthly invoice as usual, requesting payment. Please send your revised card information to the office in order to receive your next monthly product. Mp3 download Subscription: If you are on an mp3 download subscription and your credit card was declined, contact the office and have your account re-activated.

Note: It is your responsibility to notify the Academy of your credit card changes, expiry or new card number you wish us to use.

General Refund Policy


If a product is defective, it will be replaced free of charge.
Books and audio files in any format are a non-refundable product.
If you have purchased an item using a credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.


Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable.


A minimum of 15% of an event cost is non-refundable. For example, if you commit to an event that costs $150. and must cancel, a fee of $22.50 (15%) will apply.
