Appreciating those on the Supply Chain

Oct 4, 2021 | Akasha Appreciation Day

Akasha Appreciation Day October 5th, 2021

As our Canadian legendary singer/songwriter Joni Mitchell put to music many decades ago: “ You don’t know what you’ve got ‘til it’s gone.”

These words ring true now more than ever as the world is facing a breakdown in the global supply chain, something many of us especially in the developed world have taken very much for granted through the years. Thank goodness for the admonitions of Beloved Akasha and Asun, always looking out for us, encouraging us to have a ‘storehouse’ for at least 3 to 6 months of food, water, batteries etc.

Together we show our appreciation for all those whose daily work involves getting all the goods we need to us: truck drivers, port workers, crane operators, container ship crews, manufacturers, factory workers etc.  We appreciate all of you and thank all of you for keeping our economies going, getting goods to their destinations and reminding us to never take anyone or anything for granted.
