Appreciating the gifts of Autumnal Equinox

Today we come together and begin to appreciate the gifts of the Autumn.

This Thursday, September 22, is the Autumnal Equinox here in the Northern Hemisphere, and so begins one of the more popular seasons, filled with leaves changing colours, celebrating the harvest, and preparing for winter. Inwardly, it is a time for creating balance, embracing positive changes in our consciousness, and letting go of what no longer serves.
