Meditation

And to help you suspend your thoughts and move into a place of teaching yourself that you are listening to the silence, say to your Beloved Mother Father within: “I am now placing all of my attention on Thee.” When your Presence hears those words, that does something within the psyche of your being that helps you shift into being genuinely receptive.

And so, let us meditate in a way that we are ensuring that this stream of Divine Consciousness that we are opening is permeating our consciousness and every aspect of our life. Let us begin to commune inwardly and quietly.

“From the very Heart of my Life, I turn inwards and greet the Mother Father Presence and Consciousness of Life that abides within me, around me, and everywhere transcendent, the Source of my existence.

Mother Father, Christ teaches us that we are here to individualize our Source and to assist me in this glorious mission. I ask you, Mother Father Presence, to reveal yourself in me through me and to me in all my days forward. I ask that you open my consciousness wide and release a steady stream of your Divine Consciousness into my outer consciousness, my awareness, and then into my mind, body, heart, and feelings. And from there, Mother Father, I ask that you send a stream of your Divine Consciousness directly into my Inner Sanctum filling my chest cavity delivering that stream of Divine Consciousness into the hands of my Great Cosmic Self that abides in the Inner Sanctum.

As my Great Cosmic Self receives this stream of Divine Consciousness and releases it, empowering the Individualized Christ Force and the Individualized Soul Power, this assists the Inner Sanctum to continuously grow and expand and become my most immediate Source and resource of fulfillment.

Mother Father Consciousness of life, I begin a new surrendering of my life over to you, and I depend upon you as I place my full attention upon you to guide me and direct me in all my ways. I ask for your wisdom, Love, guidance, direction, and solutions in all things I have yet to accomplish and in all I encounter in this world. I acknowledge Thy Presence in every person in this world, whether they realize it or not, and by doing so, I can work with the Presence within each of them.

Mother Father, I am ready to enter into the sacred silence, becoming open and receptive, listening inwardly, suspending my thoughts. My entire attention is upon you, upon Christ Consciousness, and I am ready to receive with a Heart of gratitude. I thank you.”

Silence.
