We welcome you to this area of our Academy Website that offers you our Policies, Guidelines, and frequently asked questions. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the webpages in this section. These Policies and Guidelines were created to support the Radiant Rose Academy functioning smoothly, efficiently, and gracefully. As all of us together respect these policies and guidelines, we all contribute to making Mother Akasha’s Academy truly a lovely space and place.

Whether you participate in the Academy Forum, Social Media Outlets, Academy Classes and Events, and the various Subscriptions offered, we welcome your presence here at the Academy. Together, over-lighted by Mother Akasha and Papa Asun, we are all Friends of the Academy and together we can create a Sacred Space for all to participate.

Circulating Academy Material

Some Beloved Precious Students like to transcribe the discourses provided to them from the audio files of their Class Subscriptions, or from the audio files of weekend events they purchase. Doing so for your own personal use is fine, however sharing transcripts of Academy Materials with others is not permitted. Unfortunately we have seen transcribed materials sourced from the Radiant Rose Academy, show up on other people’s or organization’s websites. All audio files of Ascended Master Discourses and Transcripts sourced from the Academy are held protected under Canadian and International Copyright laws.

Furthermore, we understand that some students of the Radiant Rose Academy, who are lovingly held within Mother Akasha’s Rose Pink Flames Dispensation, share with others, via e-mail circulation lists, materials sourced from other Spiritual Organizations.

While we respect the students decision to do this, however we must caution that the distribution of material between students under the auspices of the RRA, sourced from other Spiritual Organizations, has not been sanctioned by our Beloved Akasha, and therefore the information contained therein may not necessarily be the truth, and what is even worse may create confusion and actually be a disservice to our beloved students.

Let us all please use the Power of Discernment and exercise caution in the material that gets distributed amongst our student body. It is ultimately our whole responsibility to ensure that the Truth and the Purity of the Ascended Master Teachings as brought forth by Beloved Akasha and Asun and the Great Ascended Host is the ONLY thing that is associated with anything that carries the Radiant Rose Academy name.

Classes and Weekend Gathering Policies

It is our intent to create a beautiful, joyous and Sacred Space for everyone. We also strive to create a clutter free/clean environment during all our classes and weekend events and seek your cooperation.

Set- Up Times
Only our Team of staff are permitted in the seminar rooms during set-up times. There are wires, heavy boxes and equipment that can pose a safety hazard during set-up and our staff are working hard and require focus. We would love to say a proper “hello” after opening which is 15 minutes before the class starts or an hour before the Weekend Gathering.

Please turn off your mobile devices before entering. Personal audio or video recording is not permitted. When the bell rings and you hear the music, kindly end your conversations, take your seat as soon as possible.

Seating
Seating is on a first come, first served basis, excepting reserved seating that has been pre-arranged through the office. Line-ups are to begin no earlier than 30 minutes prior to opening. Seat saving for more than one person except for family members is not permitted.

Please sit in the chairs provided and not on the floor. Chairs are not to be moved to the back or sides due to Safety Regulations. Please always respect the Reserved Seating signs even when chairs are vacant.

Safety and Security Policies; Your Health and Well-Being Comes First!
Your health, safety, security and well-being are of utmost importance to us! If you are feeling unwell, please immediately inform someone at the registration tables. Stay hydrated. Feel free to sit down during decree time or ceremonies at any time. Take good care of you! The Ascended Masters will understand!

Walk- Please Don’t Run!
No running is permitted at any time in the Ballroom or Foyer of the Hotel/Venue. To ensure the safety and freedom of movement and to comply with Fire Regulations please do not move your chairs. Do not leave any pens on the floors of the Ballroom. Watch carefully for taped wires and carpeting.

It is our intent to create a Safe, Lovely, and Sacred Space for everyone.

There is lots of hugging that goes on during our events! However, we must be acutely aware that some do not wish to be hugged so it is imperative to always ask permission first and to respect a “No thank you” answer without being offended. This is the same with any other kind of physical contact, whether it be offering to massage someone’s shoulders, hands-on-healing, or any other kind of touch.

We value and encourage Students to maintain clear and respectful communication with each other and to take the time to resolve any problems or misunderstandings should they arise.

Appropriate Applause
At the end of Discourses feel free to stand and applaud, however avoid hooting, hollering and whistling as some students are extremely sensitive to loud noises.

Policies and Procedures Regarding Children
The Radiant Rose Academy has a strict Policy regarding Children attending our Events. Although our events may not be suitable to Children under 12 years of age, they are most welcome to attend with their families.

However, Children must have parental supervision at all times. It is the responsibility of the parents to make sure that their Children are properly behaved and are not making noise or disturbing the Event. Leaving Children unattended in adjoining rooms or lobby area of events is absolutely not permitted and will be strictly monitored. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is there a Dress Code?
We don’t have a formal dress code but do ask that students dress appropriately in honor of our Ascended Master Guests. It is also wise to bring a sweater or shawl, or dress in layers to ensure your personal comfort. We encourage you to avoid blue-jeans, and no shorts or flip-flops.

We honor the Color Ray of the Day, or the Rays of God by wearing certain colors on certain days of the week. Wednesday, we wear indigo, or navy blue. Fridays, green or pink, Saturdays purple/violet, Sundays blue a/o white.

Can I bring my lunch?
Yes, presently you are allowed to eat lunch inside the room during our Vancouver classes and Weekend Gatherings but nothing with strong odors. Do not move your chairs and eating on the floor picnic style is not permitted. Dispose of any garbage.

How do I make purchases?
Currently we are working on bringing in computerized Point of Sale Software and we hope to have this in place very soon. For now, we don’t use cash registers but use a manual system. We use forms that have our products and prices including tax listed. Simply add it up using calculators provided and bring the completed form to the registration desk to pay. We are happy to assist you in filling out the form.

I didn’t receive my downloads for this month/I need to change my credit card number/I have a question about my subscriptions etc. Can you help me?

We would love to be able to assist you with these kinds of questions at our events however all these types of inquiries can only be answered through direct contact with the office as our registration desk employees do not have access to the information needed on our computer system. Please email or call the office during business hours if you have any of these types of questions.

Gold Members Only Product Forms
Gold Members please use the Yellow Product Purchase Form that reflect the prices of the products with your 15% discount already applied including tax. (Membership Discounts do not include download recordings, sale items, oils or specialty products) The white form is for non-members.

How do I become a Gold Member?
Gold Membership is automatic and free if you subscribe to all four of the Academy Classes. If you do not subscribe to all four of our monthly classes, you can still become a Gold Member by subscription; the fee is $33.00 per month. Membership is available online only. If you subscribe to a class then you can attend that class in person at no charge. For example: if you subscribe to the Living the Dream Class you can attend that particular class for free.

Download Recordings
You will automatically receive audio recordings of the classes you subscribe to. If you subscribe to a class then you can attend that class in person at no charge. See our website for more information on how to subscribe. The download recordings at our Weekend Gatherings can be purchased at a substantial discount, as our thank you for attending. Please fill out a product purchase form and bring it to the registration tables, you will be given a ticket with a coupon code and instructions for ordering the recordings on our online store. The coupon code expires one month after the close of the event and cannot be shared or transferred.

Conclave and Covenant Policies

It is our intent to create a beautiful, joyous and Sacred Space for our Conclaves and Covenants. It is to this purpose that we have created the following policies to assist newcomers and long-time students alike in co-creating with us a beautiful balance between joyous, exuberant community/fellowship and honoring of Sacred Space, Silence, and Stillness. We also strive to create a clutter free/clean environment during all weekend events and seek your cooperation.

Set- Up Times

Your Name Badge is your Conclave/Covenant Entry Ticket
It must be worn at all times for security. You will be asked to show it each time upon entering the Ballroom. Do not leave your name badge on your chair.

General administration guidelines and policies. Please take a moment to read through as some might apply to you directly.

Subscriptions Policy – MP3 Download and MP3 CDs

Payment by Credit Card

We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Debit cards are only accepted for a one time purchase on the online store, it will not work for subscriptions. Not all debit cards will work on our store, that depends on your credit card provider.

Your subscription is per calendar month. Whether you purchase it on the 1st or 30th of the month, it is for that month that you made the payment. You will receive an order receipt. While it lists all the files on that receipt, it only shows what is in your account from that date only and doesn’t reflect any new classes posted. Please make sure you download from the Student Dashboard so that you don’t miss any of the classes.

It is the students responsibility to download (save) all your classes in a timely fashion. Please refer to the Calendar to see when the classes are held.

Subscription Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, go to your Student Dashboard and click Manage Subscriptions. Click View and click CancelNote: please download all your classes before you cancel. Once you cancel your subscription they are no longer available to you.

Credit Card Declined
You will receive a “failed” subscription notice if your credit card declined. To re-activate your subscription, go to Order History in your Student Dashboard. Beside the failed payment, click Pay and follow the prompts.

In the payment section click use a new card and manually enter your credit card information again. Do NOT click Manage Payments, that will not pay for nor re-instate your subscription.

Update Your Credit Card Information

For Subscriptions: 
If you have a new credit card/expiration date for your subscription, please go to your Student Dashboard. Click Manage Subscriptions and click View.

Click Change Payment and follow the prompts. Click use a new card in the payment section and manually enter your credit card information. Do NOT click Manage Payments, that will not pay for nor re-instate your subscription. Click Update Payment to save.

Note: you will not see the change of credit card until the next recurring payment goes through.

For an order on the online store: 
Click use a new card and manually enter your new credit card information.

General Refund Policy

Products
If a product is defective, it will be replaced free of charge.
Books and audio files in any format are a non-refundable product.
If you have purchased an item using a credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.

Downloads
Products purchased that are downloadable are NOT refundable.

Events
A minimum of 15% of an event cost is non-refundable. For example, if you commit to an event that costs $150. and must cancel, a fee of $22.50 (15%) will apply..

Student Sharing Policy

Recordings Copyright Guidelines

We are very grateful for the continued support of our beloved students in acquiring the RRA recordings of the Class Subscriptions, Weekend Events, Conclaves, and Covenants.

We are nevertheless getting reports that the recordings are being shared by the purchaser, sometimes three or four times with other students. We are also hearing that some students who receive the recordings from the one who initially purchased them, then shares the same recordings a second or third time with other students. This suggests to us that some students may not be fully aware of the RRA Policies and Guidelines regarding the sharing of RRA Recordings and seem not to be aware of registered Copyright Laws and Trademarks that govern and protect all the Material of the RRA.

Therefore we take this time to update and review our Policies in this matter with the Student Body to ensure everyone is duly informed.

Our Policy is straightforward and simple to follow. Those students purchasing the recordings of the Tree of Life Class, the Masters Class, and the Planetary Class, may share their purchased recordings with one other student. Recordings can only be shared once. Students who receive the recordings from another student who has purchased those recordings, cannot share those recordings with other students. There is only one exception to this norm:

Family members living together may share the recordings.

The recordings of the ‘Living the Dream Class’ and all weekend event recordings such as Conclaves, Covenants and Weekend Workshops or Conferences cannot be shared.

Regarding Student Group Gatherings

There are a number of students who hold group gatherings in their homes attended by students of the RRA to listen to the Academy Teachings. The Host of Student Groups may not duplicate and share those recordings they have purchased with other students who come to listen in Group Gatherings. It is encouraged that students who attend Group Gatherings in their area to listen to the Teachings, provide a love gift to the Host of those Gatherings, who then in turn contributes a portion of those love gifts back to the Academy periodically. Thank you for respecting the Academy Guidelines.

Please be aware of these Terms when using this website. Your use of this site is expressly conditioned upon your acceptance of the following terms of use. Our Products

Terms and Conditions: The Radiant Rose Academy (RRA) remains the Sole Proprietor and Publisher of RRA Event Recording Sound Files in all formats of purchase (downloads, CD’s, flash drives) and User (Purchaser) agrees to use material for their own personal study. User may, under the ‘Buddy System’, share the Sound Files with one other person, or may share the Sound Files with Family living at same residence of User. For those students who are purchasing recordings to be shared in a RRA Group setting, please contact the Academy to ensure adherence to the appropriate guidelines. These Terms apply equally to Transcripts of Ascended Master Teachings published by the Radiant Rose Academy. Distribution and copying of Sound Files of RRA Event Recordings or Transcripts in any other fashion is strictly forbidden and such action may result in the User’s Account being terminated.

All Recordings produced by Radiant Rose Academy are held protected under Canadian Copyright Trademark Laws

Delivery of Retail Products

We will deliver the goods and products ordered by you to the address provided by you. Your order will be processed in 2 business days.

You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been dispatched to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction.

Liability

If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered or are damaged or defective or the delivery is of an incorrect quantity, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail of the problem within 7 working days of the delivery of the goods in question.

If you do not receive goods ordered by you within 28 days of the date on which you ordered them, we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us by e-mail at our contact address of the problem within 30 days of the date on which you ordered the goods. If you notify a problem to us under this condition, our only obligation will be, at your option:

To replace any goods that are damaged or defective; or
To refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question.
