Welcome Beloved Rose Hearts, to a deeper study of the Sacred Benefits and Alchemy of Meditation. As we dive deeper into our meditations and discover ways to more profoundly enter the sacred silence, suspending the thinking process, we experience an inherent alchemical process that occurs within our Consciousness and our multi-body system.
